From the first meeting to the final result, Jeremy exceeded my expectations in every way. Jeremy and his team of tradies renovated my outdoor alfresco area into an indoor dining room, transforming my small lounge/kitchen into a beautiful open‑plan lounge, dining, and kitchen space. From the moment I bought my house, I knew I wanted to enclose the alfresco to better utilise the space. Wanting to stay local, I obtained the standard 3–4 quotes, and choosing Jeremy from JDS Construction was an easy decision. His knowledge, genuine interest in what I wanted to achieve, and helpful suggestions (including ideas other builders hadn’t considered) really stood out. Communication throughout the build was excellent — Jeremy patiently answered my many questions and kept me informed every step of the way. He was on time every day, respectful of my home, and always left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. The end result completely blew me away. Saying I’m happy with the workmanship is an understatement, and the project was even completed ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely recommend JDS Construction to anyone considering a renovation or build.

Highly recommend JDS Construction for professional repair work done on our balconies' floorings and overhead beams. We're also extremely happy with the patio roofing completed with lighting. Thanks Jeremy and Mic!

Thank you Jeremy and your wonderful team of tradies. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We added a balcony to our first floor main bedroom. The results are brilliant. We cannot praise Jeremy and his team of tradies enough. All of Jeremy's ideas were excellent. We took them all on board. Much grander ideas than we actually had and all so achievable. All the problem solving along the way ALWAYS benefited us and the job. Nothing was too hard or too tricky. Electrical, Tiling, waterproofing, roofing, balustrading, glazing/sliding doors and of course structural. All on time and EXACTLY as quoted. All finished to an exceptional standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Nothing. Communications were excellent! Always keeping us in the loop and giving us an end of day summary each day, with expected plans for tomorrow and the week. Excellent tradesmen, delivering excellent results. And to a man, very respectful to my family and our home. First class people providing first class results. Impossible for us to accurately express our gratitude in just one review like this. Thank you, Jeremy. We LOVE it.

Used JDS construction for our extension on the house and Pergola Had several quotes and face to face meetings but the ease at dealing with Jeremy and his knowledge and explanation of the best way to do my job we had no hesitation in giving him our work As we had a budget to work with JDS quotes were more than reasonable We also went with a local tradesman to support our local community His workmanship is of a excellent standard If your looking for a professional tradesman We highly recommend this Company for any of your projects!

We recently had a house extension completed by JDS Construction & Design and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was well organised and stress-free. The team was professional, easy to deal with, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship really stands out, and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The extension has completely transformed our home, giving us more space while blending seamlessly with the existing structure. Highly recommend JDS Construction & Design to anyone considering a renovation or extension.

Jeremy and his team are second to none. We had a bathroom renovation and our back verandah rebuilt and I cannot recommend JDS Construction and Design enough. Jeremy’s standard is of the highest quality and yet affordable. And it would be remiss of me not to mention Jeremy is a true gentleman, genuine and sincere good guy, focussed and conscientious with his work - someone you could absolutely 100% trust with your home. My husband and I are thrilled with our renovations, we could not be happier. If you are thinking of any work to your home, I highly, highly, highly recommend Jeremy Starr, JDS Construction and Design. Anne Fahey & Greg Kinsela
