  • Smooth finished plasterboard to all walls and ceilings.
  • Plastered joints with 3 coats of plaster, sanded ready for paint.
  • 90mm cove cornices sanded ready for paint.
  • 3inch skirting boards and architraves F/J primed pine.
  • Installation ONLY of internal floating floor boards (supplied by owner).
